4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
4.2 Payments are processed securely through Mollie. We accept most common payment methods.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order if there are valid reasons to do so (e.g., suspected fraud or incorrect information).

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.
5.2 You will be kept informed of your order status.
5.3 Shipping is handled by Post NL. We are not liable for delays that are beyond our control.

6.2 Returned products must be unworn, with tags attached, undamaged, and in original condition.
6.3 Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to our error.
